"Joseph Koolisky used to be Joe Kool's in London, Ontario, but now it has relocated to Troy. The interior decor, which cost more than $1.5 million, is dedicated to Detroit's industrial heritage, according to owner and general manager David Steinke. It has a handmade mahogony bar, brick walls, factory-sized pipes and ductwork, as well as 16 TVs and 5 satellites featuring sporting events. The menu features both American and Italian-style foods, such as burgers, pastas, grilled Italian flat bread and homemade soups."
