Forté brings new and creative flavors to its neighborhood. Sophisticated atmosphere. Headed by executive chef Tim Voss, who has worked for a number of famous restaurants, Forté specializes in inventive dishes. Featuring a blend of Mediterranean, French and California-style cuisines: roast tenderloin of veal, seared yellowfin tuna with plum sauce, Moroccan salmon, roasted lobster, honey-spiced Peking duck breast, oven-roasted salmon, and boneless short ribs of beef are popular. Seafood, salad, pizzas and steaks are also served. There's an open kitchen, a full bar and comfortable décor designed by Victor Sarokie & Associates.
