It’s a multigenerational punk-off at the Stick, as Wyoming’s Fat Wreck Chords signees Teenage Bottlerocket join forces with ’80s Ramones devotees the Queers. In fact, both bands worship at the alter of da bruddas, playing infectiously catchy pop-punk at breakneck speed. “We’ve been playing music and touring all over the world for almost 30 years now,” the Queers say. “We released a few records for Lookout! Records in the early ’90s and then had a terrible stint with Hopeless in the late ’90s.” Nevermind, the Queers are on Asian Man now and are super-happy about it. Add Masked Intruder and the Dewtons to the bill, and this should be a great night.
