Echo Fest III

EchoFest is kind of, sort of, psychedelic music festival, but not really. The bands on the bill have something in common, it’s just not that easy to figure out what it is. There’s a sensibility there, a love of the abstract, the arty and the obscure, that makes this bill fascinating. So we get Sisters of Your Sunshine Vapor, Moon Pool & Dead Band, Future Slang, Moss Folk (from Milwaukee), Rogue Satellites, Children of the Emerald Fire (from Cincinnati), Michael Mars & the God Particle (feat. a guy from Marco Polio & the New Vaccines), and Troubadour Dali (from St. Louis). If that doesn’t blow your mind, no amount of LSD will.
