MUSE
This writer remembers the days when Muse was a bunch of long-haired and awkward indie fops on the Brit rock scene, opening up for anybody and everybody who passed through the old country, including the likes of the Donnas (where are they now?). Nowadays, Muse is considered one of the biggest and most exciting stadium rock bands on the circuit thanks to some Radiohead-ish tunes garnished with some big rock riffs. The average Muse fan is rabid, kinda like a younger version of a Rush fan. As they’ve matured, the tunes have gotten more infectious, the riffs have gotten even bigger and the vocals more Queen-like. Nothing wrong with that.
